Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage in daily laboratory work, organize experimental records and reports;  
2. Understand and be familiar with the use and operation of relevant experimental instruments, responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the instruments and equipment  
3. Assist other laboratory personnel in completing work tasks;  
4. Responsible for the research and development of new products and the improvement of existing products;  
5. Responsible for controlling the production process of products, analyzing and resolving abnormal technical issues;  
6. Responsible for introducing and tracking new products and processes;  
7. Responsible for the technical improvement of existing production facilities and the introduction of new technologies.

Job requirements:

1. Having a college or undergraduate degree in analytical chemistry or related majors, and mastering basic polymer chemistry experiments;  
2. Capable of independently designing experimental plans, creating experimental conditions, completing a certain number of complex experimental tasks, and writing high-level experimental reports;  
3. Has a high sense of responsibility, works diligently and meticulously, possesses strong hands-on ability, strong learning ability, and the ability to accept new things;  
4. Easy-going, with a strict and serious work attitude and a sense of teamwork
